Power, Speed, Mobility

Powerhouse has a dedicated strength and conditioning area equipped for sport-specific training: squat racks, dumbbells, plyometric boxes, agility ladders, conditioning bikes, and rotational med ball stations. Designed for the demands of baseball and softball โ€” hip and trunk power, rotational strength, lateral agility, and aerobic conditioning to last a 9-inning game in 105ยฐ heat.

Players work in here as part of a structured S&C program (paired with a Powerhouse coach for technique) or on their own as part of a self-directed routine. Particularly valuable in the off-season when in-season conditioning needs to be replaced with strength accumulation.
