Lessons: Cancel up to 24 hours in advance for full credit. Same-day cancellations: 50% credit. No-shows forfeit the lesson.
Birthday parties: Cancel 7+ days in advance for full refund minus a $50 booking fee. 3–7 days: 50% refund. Less than 3 days: no refund.
5-pack lesson packages: Non-refundable but never expire — use them whenever you can.
