Coached S&C programs

Built for the Demands of Ball

Beyond unstructured S&C area access, Powerhouse offers coached strength and conditioning programs designed for baseball and softball players. Programs are customized to the player’s age, season phase, and specific needs — strength accumulation in the off-season, power maintenance during the season, recovery and mobility work always.

Programs typically run 8–12 weeks with 2–3 sessions per week. The S&C area has Olympic squat racks, plyo boxes, agility ladders, conditioning bikes, and rotational med ball stations. See S&C facility →
