By using the Powerhouse Batting Cages website (powerhousebattingcages.com) or visiting our facility at 4482 N Rancho Dr, Las Vegas, NV 89130, you agree to these terms.
All batters and players (or, for minors, their parent or legal guardian) must sign our liability waiver before using the facility. Sign online at /waiver or at the front desk.
The facility is provided “as-is” with no warranty as to safety beyond standard reasonable-care obligations. Players use cages, machines, and equipment at their own risk after signing the liability waiver. Closed-toe athletic shoes are required indoors. Cleats are not permitted.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for unsafe behavior, abusive language toward staff or other patrons, or violation of facility rules.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Powerhouse Batting Cages’ total liability to you for any claim arising from facility use shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in question.
These terms are governed by Nevada state law. Disputes are resolved in Clark County, Nevada courts.
